Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled from the United States. Standard shipping to eligible United States addresses is free.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Pre-order, made-to-order and high-demand products may require additional preparation time.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier operations, address issues and peak seasons.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email after shipment. Carrier updates may take 24–72 hours to appear. You may also visit Track Order.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Missing Or Delayed Orders

If tracking shows delivered, first check with household members, neighbors, building management and the carrier. If an order has not arrived within 45 business days, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

The current shipping configuration covers the United States. Additional destinations and any applicable duties or taxes will be displayed at checkout when international service becomes available.
